Maa Durga is welcomed and worshipped
Maa Durga is called and worshipped with flowers, lamp (deep), dhoop and other simple offerings, just as our shastras teach.
4
Holy mantra chanting
The holy Durga Saptashati (700 verses) and Navarna mantra is chanted many times to put full power into your prayer.
5

A havan (sacred fire) is done and the last offering (purnahuti) is given to complete the puja and bless your wish.
