When someone dies suddenly, their last rites often remain incomplete. Shastras say such a soul stays restless — and the family feels it as fear, illness, or a home that never settles. Narayan Bali completes those rites in your loved one's name and gotra, on the Ganga, under Acharya Lavbhushan ji's guidance.
Believed to settle a soul whose journey ended too soon.
Fulfils what circumstances didn't allow the family to do.
Traditionally sought when fear or unrest lingers after a loss.
Associated with easing troubles believed to come from a restless soul.
A duty carried as guilt for years, finally done.

Ganga Ghat, Haridwar
Why Is Haridwar Sacred for Pitru Puja?
Haridwar is where the Ganga leaves the mountains and meets the plains for the first time. Tradition calls it Hari Ka Dwar, the doorway to the divine, and a stone at Har Ki Pauri is believed to carry Lord Vishnu's footprint.
Pind Daan and Tarpan offered here are held to reach the ancestors directly, which is why families across North India have brought the ashes of their departed to this ghat for generations.
What Is the Mythological Significance of Haridwar?
King Bhagirath is said to have spent years in penance to bring the Ganga down from heaven, so that his sixty thousand ancestors could find peace. Haridwar is where her waters are believed to have first touched the earth, and and Shraddh on the Ganga has been performed here ever since. A drop of amrit also fell here during the Samudra Manthan, which is why the Kumbh Mela returns to Har Ki Pauri every twelve years.

It is a Vedic ritual performed to grant peace to souls who died unnaturally or prematurely, removing ancestral afflictions (Pitra Dosh) and bringing peace to the surviving family.
It is best performed at sacred locations like Trimbakeshwar, Gaya, or Haridwar on auspicious dates such as Pitru Paksha, Amavasya, or days advised by a priest.
The eldest son or a close male relative usually performs the ritual (Karta), though family members can participate together in the offerings.
Participants should observe a fast or eat sattvic food, wear traditional attire (avoiding black clothes), and follow the priest's specific instructions.
The puja takes 1 Day and includes Sankalp (intention), Lord Vishnu worship, Pind Daan (offering rice balls), and a purifying Havan.
